§2K1.4 (arson; property damage by use of explosives) was the primary guideline in 611 cases sentenced across 8 fiscal years (FY2018–FY2025), 0.1% of all cases, with 76 in FY2025. The Commission classes most of them as arson.

The median prison term under §2K1.4 was 60 months (5 years) (all cases nationally: 24 months); 97% of cases carried a prison term.
