Child Pornography was the primary offence type in 102 cases sentenced in the District of Columbia between FY2018 and FY2025 (4% of the district's cases), with 14 in FY2025.

The median prison term was 79 months (6 yr 7 mo), shorter than the national median for child pornography offences (96 months) and close to the District of Columbia Circuit median (79). Half of prison terms fell between 60 and 112 months; 100% of cases carried a prison term.
